Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 24 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using Dodil Cloud and related services (the “Services”), provided by Circle Technologies Pte. Ltd. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for your own use of the Services and for the use by anyone you allow to access them, including your end users. If you become aware of a violation, you must stop it and notify us.

1. Scope

This AUP applies to everyone who accesses the Services and to all content and traffic you submit, generate, store, or transmit through them. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Services to store, process, or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others;
  • constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors — we have zero tolerance and will report such material to the relevant authorities;
  • promotes violence, terrorism, or unlawful harm to people or animals;
  • contains malware, ransomware, or other malicious code; or
  • is intended to deceive or defraud, including phishing content.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not:

  • Compromise security or integrity — access, probe, or scan systems or data without authorization; defeat authentication or access controls; or interfere with any user, host, or network.
  • Abuse resources — overload, disrupt, or attempt to exceed the limits of the Services or our infrastructure, including denial-of-service activity.
  • Run prohibited workloads — cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activity except where expressly permitted in writing.
  • Reverse engineer — copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Services except to the extent permitted by law.

4. Messaging & anti-spam

You must not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spam), to harvest contact information for such purposes, or in violation of applicable anti-spam and electronic-marketing laws. Any messaging you send must comply with consent and opt-out requirements.

5. AI & model misuse

When using compute, models, or pipelines on the Services, you must not:

  • generate content that is illegal, or that sexualizes minors;
  • create deceptive synthetic media (e.g. deepfakes) intended to defraud, impersonate, or cause harm;
  • use outputs for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or to make consequential decisions about individuals without appropriate human oversight and legal basis; or
  • attempt to bypass safety controls of any model, or use the Services to develop weapons or facilitate serious harm.

You remain responsible for validating model outputs and for your downstream use of them.

6. Export controls & sanctions

You must comply with all applicable export-control and economic-sanctions laws. You must not use the Services, or allow their use, in or for the benefit of any sanctioned country, region, or party, or for any prohibited end use.

7. Responsibility for your users

If you build on Dodil and provide access to end users, you are responsible for their compliance with this AUP. You must have terms and practices in place that are at least as protective as this AUP, and you must act on violations you become aware of.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. If we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may remove or disable content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate the account, with or without notice depending on severity and legal obligations.

Where practical, we aim to give notice and an opportunity to cure, but we may act immediately to address active harm, legal risk, or threats to the Services or others.

9. Reporting violations

To report abuse or a suspected violation of this AUP, contact legal@dodil.io with relevant details. For security vulnerabilities, see our Security page.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
