Enterprise: $25K + $3,850·n0.85 implementation, then ~$4,600·n-0.10per person/yr in licenses (the published volume-discount ladder). SaaS: $1,100/person/yr, built up from per-seat list prices and realistic seat penetration, growing 4%/yr. Open-source ERP: $10K + $850·n0.75 implementation, then your own ops team sized off IT staffing ratios (0.08 FTE at 10 people, 1.5 at 1,000) plus compute-metered hosting.
